Black 2nd gen black wheels polished lip??

I was driving down Brice Road and saw a 2nd gen black in color with black wheels polished lip.. Sounded GREAT untill I heard it was an ATX DAMNIT!! Looked like it was lowerd with prolly 1st gen springs..
