BLACK 2nd gen

Okay I know almost all the neon guys around Columbus BUT yesterday I was on my way out to the track and I saw a 2nd gen that was just SICK. It was all blacked out.Looked like it had black rota slips but couldnt tell. Anyone know?

couldnt tell you brandon, but Ive seen the car too, also there is someone in gahanna that is almost identical to my car, and then another silver 2gn in reynoldsburg that I see all the time too.
