i have a 98 rt with intake,2 1\4" piping sebring muffler pace setter header, mopar pcm 40,000 volt coil pack, 2 1\5" cat delete pipe bosh wires and ngk plugs.

my problem is that at high rpms it cuts out mostley around 7k but some times it starts at 5,800k. don't have any idea what could be wrong with it any help would be great.

Hmmm, beats me. A crank or cam position sensor maybe? You might have better luck at neons.org for that one.
