Getting my car ready is a rather easy considering all I need is a tranny but that aside Ive been looking at two different intake manifold setups and would like some advice on either one... Indy intake manifold VS. Extrude Hone intake manifolds now being a Mopar guy all you ever here about is INDY so what should I go with?

Don't go with the Indy, just port and polish your stock one, it'll be a LOT better and only costs the amount for supplies if you do it yourself.

With the indy you'll lose low end power but gain ALOT more up top. Isn't an extrude Hone manifold just an awsomely bored strocker? Thats what I had read somewhere. But honestly, a custom box manifold is the way to go, you'll get the most hp/tq #'s across the board with one, but you have to find someone to make you one. I'd check the .org for somone to build one.

Pretty much what they said. I'm not sure how much is done to your car already, but there should be other mods you can do that will get you more power for cheaper. I wouldn't worry about an intake manifold unless you already have a P&P head, cams, ECU and long-tube header/exhaust .

I'll tell u from exp. I have the indy and i wish i would have just spent the money on other things first.

I do have the ECU and header/exhuast with hopes of doing port and polish and also a new cam. I was pretty much just thinking of my setup. To tell ya the truth Im rather new to modding so I appreciate all your guys' help. Right now Im just pretty much readin everything I can rather it be on here or through other forums. Thanks again

Go with the indy, Im probly gonna go with it when I get my magnum swap together. Look at the dyno chart a few posts down, this is one on a sohc.
